del 53° Meeting di Atletica leggera 2024

Il C.U.S. Trieste organizza il 53° Meeting di Atletica leggera presso l’impianto di Atletica Leggera a 6 corsie “G.Draghicchio” – Campo Cologna di Trieste nella giornata di sabato 14 settembre 2024.
MANIFESTAZIONE: MEETING REGIONALE
Ai sensi dell’art. 9 del Regolamento per l’organizzazione delle manifestazioni della FIDAL 2024, la manifestazione regionale è aperta:
- agli atleti italiani e stranieri tesserati per qualsiasi società italiana affiliata alla FIDAL;
- agli atleti stranieri tesserati per società di Slovenia, Croazia ed Austria.

PARTECIPAZIONE: Possono partecipare tutti gli atleti FIDAL 2024 delle categorie A/J/P/S e gli atleti stranieri.
ISCRIZIONI: Le iscrizioni per i Tesserati FIDAL vanno effettuate esclusivamente ON-LINE collegandosi al sito www.fidal.it – Servizi On Line entro le ore 21.00 di mercoledì 11 settembre 2024.
CONFERME: La conferma delle iscrizioni per gli atleti italiani dovrà avvenire dalle ore 08.00 di giovedì 12 settembre fino alle ore 18.00 di venerdì 13 settembre.
Sono ammesse conferme in ritardo, in caso di dimenticanza, entro 60 minuti prima della specifica gara previo pagamento di un’ammenda di euro 5,00 ad atleta direttamente sul posto ad un delegato del Comitato Organizzatore.
ISCRIZIONI ATLETI STRANIERI: Gli atleti stranieri dovranno inviare l’iscrizione al CUS TRIESTE mediante e-mail a cus@units.it utilizzando il modulo Registration form entro e non oltre le ore 21.00 di mercoledì 11 settembre 2024.
È prevista una tassa-gara di euro 5 per persona.
Le Società italiane dovranno pagare tramite bonifico bancario il corrispettivo pari al totale degli atleti confermati. Copia del bonifico dovrà essere esibita presso la segreteria situata sul campo di gara almeno 90 minuti prima della gara a cui sono iscritti.
L’IBAN sul quale effettuare il pagamento è: IT 95 B 02008 02223 00000 544 8393 (intestato a A.S.D CUS Trieste, UniCredit Banca) con la seguente causale ”Nome e codice Società-iscrizione n°…. atleti- 53° Meeting Cus Trieste”.
Solamente gli atleti stranieri effettueranno il pagamento della tassa-gara in contanti direttamente sul campo gara.
IMPORTANTE: Non saranno ammesse iscrizioni sul posto ma solo cancellazioni almeno 1 ora prima dell’orario della gara.
REGOLAMENTO: Gli allievi gareggeranno con attrezzi, altezza e distanza fra gli ostacoli della categoria assoluta; le serie di corsa saranno formate tenendo conto per gli atleti stranieri dei tempi dichiarati all’atto dell’iscrizione.
Ogni atleta potrà partecipare al massimo a due gare.
NOTE: Cronometraggio completamente automatico.
Gli atleti/e dovranno presentarsi spontaneamente al “call room” muniti/e del cartellino federale vidimato per il 2024 e/o di un documento di identificazione nei tempi indicati.
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati in prima istanza verbalmente all’Arbitro della propria gara per quanto riguarda risultati o svolgimento della gara entro 30’ dalla pubblicazione dei risultati oppure al Delegato Tecnico per quanto riguarda la partecipazione alle gare. In seconda istanza per iscritto alla Giuria d’Appello presso il TIC ed accompagnati dalla relativa tassa di 50€, restituita in caso di accoglimento, entro 30’ dalla comunicazione da parte dell’Arbitro o del Delegato Tecnico della decisione verso la quale si vuole ricorrere.
La società organizzatrice e la FIDAL declinano ogni responsabilità per quanto possa accadere ad atleti/e, accompagnatori o terzi, prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione.

IMPORTANTE: l’orario definitivo verrà pubblicato venerdì 13 settembre 2024 sulla base delle iscrizioni ricevute.
I pettorali per la gara dei 800 maschili e femminili saranno consegnati presso la segreteria del CUS in campo.
Ove consentito, al termine della manifestazione verrà offerto un buffet
Avvisi importanti:
È concesso l’uso degli spogliatoi e delle docce.
PREMI:
Medaglie per i primi TRE Classificati di ogni gara.
Al vincitore di ogni singola gara verrà corrisposto un premio per un controvalore di 100€ .
Per onorare la memoria dei Giudici di gara Giuseppe Esca e ing. Stelio Zafred, le rispettive famiglie metteranno a disposizione una coppa che verrà consegnata all’atleta vincitrice rispettivamente dei 100 metri piani femminili e dei 400 metri maschili.
Il Gruppo F.I.C.R. di Trieste, per onorare la memoria degli “amici” scomparsi (Toni Pemper, Giorgio Prata, Silvio Piccini, Roberto Mihcich), offrirà quattro coppe che verranno consegnate rispettivamente al vincitore della gara dei 100 metri piani maschili, del salto in lungo maschile, dei 400 metri femminili e del salto in alto femminile.

C.U.S. Trieste organizes the 53rd Athletics Meeting at "G.Draghicchio" Campo Cologna in Trieste on Saturday, 14th September 2024.
EVENT: REGIONAL MEETING.
Pursuant to art. 9 of the Regulations for the organization of FIDAL 2024 events, the regional event is open:
- to Italian and foreign athletes registered for any Italian club affiliated with FIDAL;
- to foreign athletes registered with clubs in Slovenia, Croatia and Austria.

PARTICIPATION: All FIDAL 2024 athletes of categories A / J / P / S can participate.
REGISTRATION: Registrations for FIDAL Members must be made exclusively ON-LINE by connecting to the website www.fidal.it - On Line service by Wednesday 11th September 2024 9PM. Online confirmations for Italian athletes will be made from Thursday 12th September 2024 8AM to Friday 13th September 2024 6PM.
Foreign athletes must send the registration to CUS Trieste by email to cus@units.it using the Registration form no later than Wednesday 11th of September 2024 9PM.
For foreign athletes, confirmations must be made during the Juries and competitors meeting time.
RACE FEE: for each athlete there is a cost of € 5,00.
For Italian athletes, payment can be made by bank transfer to the current account in the name of ASD CUS Trieste with IBAN IT 95 B 02008 02223 000005448393. The purpose of the bank transfer must be indicated: registration of the CUS Trieste meeting 14th of September 2024 - SURNAME AND NAME of the athlete - company to which he/she belongs.
COPY OF THE BANK TRANSFER WILL BE EXHIBITED AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT IN THE FIELD.
Exceptionally, payment can be made in the field.
Only Foreign athletes will have to pay the tax directly on the field.
IMPORTANT: No registrations will be allowed on the spot but only cancellations.
RULES: “Allievi” will compete with equipment, height and distance among obstacles of the “Assoluti” category; races’ series will be formed taking into account the times declared at the time of registration for foreign athletes.
Each athlete can attend to two races maximum.
NOTES: Fully automatic timing.
Athletes will have to present themselves spontaneously at the "call room" with the federal card stamped for 2024 and / or an identification document at least 20 minutes before the start of their race.
Any claims have to be submitted in writing and accompanied by the relative fee of € 50,00, in the first instance, within 30' of the announcements of the result of the race on which it is intended to claim. Although not covered by these Regulations, all current FIDAL and GGG rules apply for 2024.
C.U.S. Trieste and FIDAL decline any responsibility for what may happen to athletes, companions or third parties, before, during and after the event.

IMPORTANT: the definitive timetable will be published on Friday 13th September 2024 based on registrations received.
If it allowed, at the end of the event will be offered a buffet.
Important notices:
Use of the changing rooms and showers is allowed.
Awards:
Medals for the top three finishers of each race.
The winner of each race will be awarded a prize worth €100,00.
To honor the memory of the referees Giuseppe Esca and ing. Stelio Zafred, their respective families will provide a cup that will be given to the winner of the women's 100 meters and men's 400 meters respectively.
The F.I.C.R. Group of Trieste, to honor the memory of the missing "friends" (Toni Pemper, Fulvio Prata, Silvio Piccini, Roberto Mihcich), will offer four cups that will be awarded respectively to the winner of the men's 100 meters, the men's long jump and the women’s 400 meters and women’s high jump.
