AVVISO IMPORTANTE
Si specifica che al momento non sono state inserite nel programma della manifestazione le gare di giavellotto maschile e femminile e il getto del peso riservato agli atleti diversamente abili.
Siamo in attesa di comunicazioni da parte del Comune di Trieste, gestore dell'impianto sportivo, se vi sarà la possibilità di gareggiare nelle tre discipline sopra segnalate, visto che al momento sono previsti dei lavori di manutenzione sul manto erboso dello Stadio Grezar.

Il C.U.S. Trieste organizza il 50° Meeting di Atletica leggera (Trofei Colautti & Belladonna & Gherlani ) presso l’impianto di Atletica Leggera a 8 corsie “Pino Grezar “ di Trieste nella giornata di sabato 24 luglio 2021.
MANIFESTAZIONE: MEETING REGIONALE
Ai sensi dell’art. 9 del Regolamento per l’organizzazione delle manifestazioni della FIDAL 2021, la manifestazione regionale è aperta:
- agli atleti italiani e stranieri tesserati per qualsiasi società italiana affiliata alla FIDAL;
- agli atleti stranieri tesserati per società di Slovenia, Croazia ed Austria.

PARTECIPAZIONE: Possono partecipare tutti gli atleti FIDAL 2021 delle categorie A/J/P/S.
ISCRIZIONI: Le iscrizioni per i Tesserati FIDAL vanno effettuate esclusivamente ON-LINE collegandosi al sito www.fidal.it – Servizi On Line entro le ore 21.00 di mercoledì 21 luglio 2021.
Le conferme on-line per gli atleti italiani avverranno entro le ore 12.30 di sabato 24 luglio 2021 (giornata della gara).
Gli atleti stranieri dovranno inviare l’iscrizione al CUS TRIESTE mediante e-mail a cus@units.it utilizzando i moduli di cui all’Allegato 1 ed il Registration form entro e non oltre le ore 21.00 di mercoledì 21 luglio 2021.
Per gli atleti stranieri le conferme andranno fatte nell’orario di ritrovo delle giurie e concorrenti.
Tutti gli atleti italiani dovranno consegnare in segreteria l’Allegato n. 1 riguardante la dichiarazione Covid 19.
Gli atleti minorenni dovranno esibire la dichiarazione firmata da un genitore.
IMPORTANTE: Non saranno ammesse iscrizioni sul posto ma solo cancellazioni.
REGOLAMENTO: Gli allievi gareggeranno con attrezzi, altezza e distanza fra gli ostacoli della categoria assoluta; le serie di corsa saranno formate tenendo conto per gli atleti stranieri dei tempi dichiarati all’atto dell’iscrizione.
Ogni atleta potrà partecipare al massimo a due gare.
Il Giudice Arbitro stabilirà le modalità di accesso alle finali dei 100 maschili e 100 femminili.
NOTE: Cronometraggio completamente automatico.
Gli atleti/e dovranno presentarsi spontaneamente al “call room” muniti/e del cartellino federale vidimato per il 2021 e/o di un documento di identificazione almeno 20 minuti prima dell’inizio della loro gara.
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati per iscritto ed accompagnati dalla relativa tassa di € 50,00, in prima istanza, entro 30’ dall’annuncio del risultato della gara su cui s'intende reclamare. Per quanto non contemplato dal presente Regolamento, vigono tutte le norme della FIDAL e dei GGG in corso per il 2021.
La società organizzatrice e la FIDAL declinano ogni responsabilità per quanto possa accadere ad atleti/e, accompagnatori o terzi, prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione.
TASSA GARA: per ogni atleta è previsto un costo di € 5,00.
Per gli atleti italiani il pagamento potrà essere effettuato solamente tramite bonifico bancario sul c/c intestato alla ASD CUS Trieste con IBAN IT95B 02008 02223 000005448393. Sul bonifico bancario andrà indicata la seguente causale: iscrizione Meeting CUS Trieste 24 luglio 2021 – COGNOME E NOME dell’atleta – società di appartenenza.
COPIA DEL BONIFICO BANCARIO ANDRA’ ESIBITA AL MOMENTO DELLA CONFERMA DELL’ISCRIZONE IN CAMPO.
In via eccezionale si potrà effettuare il pagamento sul campo.
Gli atleti stranieri dovranno pagare la tassa direttamente sul campo.

Il giudice arbitro stabilirà, sulla base del numero degli iscritti, le modalità di accesso alla finale dei 100 m/f.
IMPORTANTE: l’orario definitivo verrà pubblicato giovedì 22 luglio 2021 sulla base delle iscrizioni ricevute.
Avvisi importanti:
1. E’ concesso l’uso degli spogliatoi ma non delle docce.
2. Tutti gli atleti ed i tecnici dovranno presentarsi presso lo stadio dotati di apposita mascherina protettiva e dovranno consegnare il modulo COVID 19 all’ingresso dello Stadio in segreteria e dovranno sottoporsi al controllo della temperatura corporea.
3. E’ ammessa la presenza del pubblico nella misura massima del 25% della capienza dello Stadio. In tribuna le persone dovranno mantenere un distanziamento di almeno un metro.

Per onorare la memoria dei tecnici del C.U.S. Trieste – Guerrino Colautti, Giorgio Belladonna– le famiglie metteranno a disposizione una coppa che verrà consegnata rispettivamente all’atleta vincitore dei 100h femminili, del salto in lungo maschile.
Per onorare la memoria dei Giudici di gara Giuseppe Esca e ing. Stelio Zafred, le rispettive famiglie metteranno a disposizione una coppa che verrà consegnata all’atleta vincitrice rispettivamente dei 100 metri piani femminili e dei 400 metri maschili.
Il Gruppo F.I.C.R. di Trieste, per onorare la memoria degli “amici” scomparsi (Toni Pemper, Giorgio Prata, Silvio Piccini), offrirà tre coppe che verranno consegnate rispettivamente al vincitore della gara dei 100 metri piani maschili, del salto in lungo femminile e dei 400 metri femminili.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
It is specified that, at the moment, the male and female javelin competitions and the shot put reserved for disabled athletes have not been included in the program of the event.
We are awaiting communications from the Municipality of Trieste, owner of the sports facility, if there will be the possibility of competing in the three disciplines indicated above, given that maintenance work is currently planned on the grassy surface of the Grezar Stadium.

C.U.S. Trieste organizes the 50th Athletics Meeting (Colautti & Belladonna & Gherlani Trophies) at "Pino Grezar" Stadium in Trieste on Saturday 24 July 2021.
EVENT: REGIONAL MEETING.
Pursuant to art. 9 of the Regulations for the organization of FIDAL 2021 events, the regional event is open:
- to Italian and foreign athletes registered for any Italian club affiliated with FIDAL;
- to foreign athletes registered with clubs in Slovenia, Croatia and Austria.

PARTICIPATION: All FIDAL 2021 athletes of categories A / J / P / S can participate.
REGISTRATION: Registrations for FIDAL Members must be made exclusively ON-LINE by connecting to the website www.fidal.it - Servizi On Line by 9.00 pm on Wednesday 21 July 2021.
Online confirmations for Italian athletes will be made by 12.30 on Saturday 24 July 2021 (race day).
Foreign athletes must send the registration to CUS Trieste by email to cus@units.it using the forms in Attachment 1 and the Registration form no later than 9 pm on Wednesday 21 July 2021.
For foreign athletes, confirmations must be made during the Juries and competitors meeting time.
All Italian athletes must deliver Allegato n. 1 regarding the Covid 19 declaration.
Underage athletes must show the declaration signed by a parent.
IMPORTANT: No registrations will be allowed on the spot but only cancellations.
RULES: The “Allievi” will compete with tools, height and distance between the obstacles of the “Assoluti” category; the series of races will be formed taking into account the times declared at the time of registration for foreign athletes.
Each athlete can participate in a maximum of two races.
The Referee will establish the procedures for accessing the 100 men's and 100 women's finals.
NOTES: Fully automatic timing.
Athletes must spontaneously present themselves at the "call room" with the federal card stamped for 2021 and / or an identification document at least 20 minutes before the start of their race.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing and accompanied by the relative fee of € 50,00, in the first instance, within 30' of the announcement of the result of the tender on which it is intended to claim. Although not covered by these Regulations, all the rules of the FIDAL and the GGG in progress for 2021 apply.
C.U.S. Trieste and FIDAL decline any responsibility for what may happen to athletes, companions or third parties, before, during and after the event.
RACE FEE: for each athlete there is a cost of € 5,00.
For Italian athletes, payment can be made by bank transfer to the current account in the name of ASD CUS Trieste with IBAN IT95B 02008 02223 000005448393. The purpose of the bank transfer must be indicated: registration of the CUS Trieste meeting 24 July 2021 - SURNAME AND NAME of the athlete - company to which he belongs.
COPY OF THE BANK TRANSFER WILL BE EXHIBITED AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT IN THE FIELD.
Exceptionally, payment can be made in the field.
Foreign athletes will have to pay the tax directly on the field.

The referee will establish, on the basis of the number of entries, the procedures for accessing the 100 m / f final.
IMPORTANT: the final timetable will be published on Thursday 22 July 2021 based on the registrations received.
Important notices:
1. The use of the changing rooms is allowed but not the showers.
2. All athletes and technicians must present themselves at the stadium with a special protective mask and must deliver the “COVID 19 form” at the entrance to the stadium in the secretariat and must undergo body temperature checks.
3. The presence of the public is allowed up to a maximum of 25% of the capacity of the Stadium. In the stands people must keep a distance of at least one meter.

Medals for the first THREE classified of each race.

N.B. The amounts are net of tax withholdings in force at the time of the event.
To honor the memory of the C.U.S. Trieste - Guerrino Colautti, Giorgio Belladonna families will provide a cup that will be awarded respectively to the winner of the women's 100 hurdles, the men's long jump.
To honor the memory of the referees Giuseppe Esca and ing. Stelio Zafred, their respective families will provide a cup that will be given to the winner of the women's 100 meters and men's 400 meters respectively.
The F.I.C.R.Group of Trieste, to honor the memory of the "friends" who disappeared (Toni Pemper, Fulvio Prata, Silvio Piccini), will offer three cups that will be awarded respectively to the winner of the men's 100 meters, the women's long jump and the women 400 meters.
