PROGRAMMA E REGOLAMENTO
Il C.U.S. Trieste organizza il XLVIII Meeting di Atletica leggera (Trofei Colautti & Belladonna & Gherlani ) presso l’impianto di Atletica Leggera a 8 corsie “Pino Grezar “ di Trieste nella giornata di sabato 29 giugno 2019.
MANIFESTAZIONE: MEETING REGIONALE
Ai sensi dell’art. 9 del Regolamento per l’organizzazione delle manifestazioni della FIDAL 2019, la manifestazione regionale è aperta:
- agli atleti italiani e stranieri tesserati per qualsiasi società italiana affiliata alla FIDAL;
- agli atleti stranieri tesserati per società di Slovenia, Croazia ed Austria.

PARTECIPAZIONE: Seniores – Promesse – Juniores – Allievi – Seniores over 35 maschili e femminili.
ISCRIZIONI: Le iscrizioni per i Tesserati FIDAL vanno effettuate esclusivamente online collegandosi al sito www.fidal.it – Servizi On Line entro e non oltre le ore 20.00 di giovedì 27 giugno 2019.
REGOLAMENTO: Gli allievi gareggeranno con attrezzi, altezza e distanza fra gli ostacoli della categoria assoluta; le serie di corsa saranno formate tenendo conto per gli atleti stranieri dei tempi dichiarati all’atto dell’iscrizione.
Ogni atleta potrà partecipare al massimo a due gare.
Progressione salto in alto femminile: 1.50 – 1.55 – 1.60 – 1.65 – 1.68 e poi aumento di 3 cm.
Il Giudice Arbitro stabilirà le modalità di accesso alle finali dei 100 maschili e 100 femminili.
NOTE: Cronometraggio completamente automatico.
Gli/Le atleti/e dovranno presentarsi spontaneamente all’addetto ai concorrenti muniti/e del cartellino federale vidimato per il 2019 e di un documento di identificazione almeno un’ora prima dell’inizio della loro gara.
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati per iscritto ed accompagnati dalla relativa tassa di € 50,00, in prima istanza, entro 30’ dall’annuncio del risultato della gara su cui s'intende reclamare. Per quanto non contemplato dal presente Regolamento, vigono tutte le norme della FIDAL e dei GGG in corso per il 2019.
La società organizzatrice e la FIDAL declinano ogni responsabilità per quanto possa accadere ad atleti/e, allenatori, accompagnatori o terzi, prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione.
TASSA GARA: per ogni atleta/gara è previsto il costo di € 5,00.

IMPORTANTE: l’orario definitivo verrà pubblicato venerdì 28 giugno 2019 sulla base delle iscrizioni ricevute.
Alla fine della manifestazione il C.U.S. Trieste offrirà un buffet nei pressi del campo.

N.B. Gli importi s’intendono al netto delle eventuali ritenute fiscali vigenti al momento della manifestazione.
Nota per gli atleti del F.V.G:
I premi per gli atleti tesserati per società del Friuli Venezia Giulia non sono cumulabili (se un atleta compare in entrambe le classifiche prevarrà la formula più vantaggiosa).
Per onorare la memoria dei tecnici del C.U.S. Trieste – Guerrino Colautti, Giorgio Belladonna e Giovanni Gherlani – le famiglie metteranno a disposizione una coppa che verrà consegnata rispettivamente all’atleta vincitore dei 400h maschili, del salto in lungo maschile e del lancio del giavellotto femminile.
Per onorare la memoria dei Giudici di gara Giuseppe Esca, Giuseppe Premolin, ing. Stelio Zafred e Bruno Facchettin, le rispettive famiglie metteranno a disposizione una coppa che verrà consegnata all’atleta vincitrice rispettivamente dei 100 metri piani femminili, del salto in alto femminile, dei 400 metri maschili e 400 metri femminili.
Il Gruppo F.I.C.R. di Trieste, per onorare la memoria degli “amici” scomparsi (Toni Pemper), offrirà una coppa che verrà consegnata alla vincitrice della gara dei 100 metri piani maschili.

C.U.S. Trieste organizes the XLVIII Meeting of Athletics (Trofeo Colautti & Belladonna & Gherlani) at the sport field "Pino Grezar " in Trieste on Saturday, June 29 2019.
EVENT: REGIONAL MEETING OPEN
According to Art.9 of the Regulation for the organization of events of FIDAL 2019, the regional event is open to:
- Italian and foreign athletes registered for sport clubs affiliated to FIDAL;
- Foreign athletes registered for sport clubs of Slovenia, Croatia and Austria.

ENTRIES: for FIDAL members entries must be made only online at website www.fidal.it – Servizi On Line within 24.00
of Thursday, June 27, 2019.
For Foreign athletes entries must be sent by e-mail to cus@units.it or by fax +39 040/5587653 by the Legal Representative of the sports club to which they belong, attaching a specific statement of the sports club, stating that the athlete is regularly affiliated with the sport club belonging to a foreign affiliated to the Federation of Athletics and he is in compliance with the legislation on Health Protection in competitive sports, in force in the country where the foreign participant lives. The “Registration form” can be downloaded from the our website.
RULE: The “Allievi” will compete with tools, height and distance between the obstacles of “Assoluti class”; the racing series will be formed considering the times of foreign athletes declared at registration.
Maximum 2 competition for athlete.
High - jump sequence: 1.50 – 1.55 – 1.60 – 1.65 – 1.68 and cm. 3 more
NOTES: Automatic- timing.
Athletes must present themselves spontaneously to attendant competitors, provided with the Federal card stamped for 2019 and a document of identification, at least one hour before the start of their event.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a fee of € 50,00, in the first instance, within 30’ by the announcement of race result on which they will claim. Although not covered by this Regulation, will be applied all the rules of FIDAL and GGG underway for 2019.
The organizer and FIDAL disclaim any responsibility for anything that may happen to athletes, coaches, carers or third, before, during and after the event.
COMPETITION TAX: € 5,00 for each athlete.

At the end of the event C.U.S. Trieste will offer a buffet near the field.

Note for athletes F.V.G.
The awards for athletes registered for sport clubs of Friuli Venezia Giulia are not cumulative (if an athlete appears in both championships will prevail the most advantageous formula).
To honor the memory of CUS Trieste coaches - Guerrino Colautti, Giorgio Belladonna and Giovanni Gherlani- their families will provide a cup that will be given respectively to the winner of men 400h, men's long jump and women javelin throw.
To honor the memory of the competition judges Giuseppe Esca, Giuseppe Premolin, ing. Stelio Zafred and Bruno Facchettin their families will provide a cup that will be given respectively to the winner of women 100 m, women high-jump, men 400m and women 400.
To honor the memory of the disappeared "friends" (Toni Pemper), the Group F.I.C.R. Trieste will provide a cup that will be given to the winner of mens 100 event.
